Ranks
Officers:
"With rank comes responsibility" and admin.
President- This is the highest rank in the clan and obviously Mumbles is the
president. Being the president is an extreme amount of work. The
president counts as a General in scrims and practice and gets the
appropriate three votes on clan council matters.
General- This is the second highest rank and generals are in charge of calling
the plays in scrims and in practice. Generals get three votes on clan
council matters.
Colonel- The colonels act as
acting commanders in scrims if there is no General present. Colonels
get two vote on clan council matters.
Major- The majors are in charge of finding potential recruits and advertising
the clan. Majors get one vote on clan council matters.
Captain- The Captains are the lowest officer rank in the clan. They are
members who have been active for at least 3 months and who contribute
regularly to the growth of the clan. Each month one new captain will be
voted into the ranks. The Captains get one vote on clan council matters.
Enlisted Men:
"You gotta start somewhere"
The majority of clan members are in this category. The ranks are
determined by skill and the level of contributions made to the clan.
Sergeant- This is the highest non-officer rank. Sergeants are players who are
seasoned and know the clan playbook inside and out. They also should
know how to use every weapon effectively.
Corporal- Corporals are members who have been consistently active and who have
participated in at least 5 scrims. They should know most plays on most
maps.
Private- This is the rank given to most new recruits after their first month.
Recruit-This is the rank that everyone starts out at. Recruits will either be
promoted or dismissed after their first month in the clan.
Promotions
The only way to get promoted is to apply for a promotion.
All promotion applicants will be interviewed by a council of at least
5 officers and the promotions will be voted on in a private council session.
At the most one player will be promoted to each officer rank each month.
